T-1 Croatia Family Vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation in Croatia.  There are many great motorcycle adventures waiting for me here – definitely a place to return.

For our first visit, we spent time in Split and Dubrovnik.  There are many sites to see, places to relax, and side trips nearby.  We enjoyed day trips to Mostar,  Krka National Park, boating around some islands, and Game of Thrones/history tour.

Food has also been a high point of the trip.  The tasting menu with paired local wines and a sunset over the old port in Dubrovnik was amazing. The many “fresh catches” selected tableside are also memorable.

Watching Croatia succeed in world cup games has added extra excitement to our trip.  We watched Croatia beat Russia from a portside bar at the Riva in Split.  We watched Croatia beat England from a small town near Dubrovnik.
